Great that you would like to order a package of babywearing items! 
We would love to hear what you are looking for, and then we will get straight to work putting the package together for you!

Below you will find some additional information!

Additional information | Loan period Packages B to E 
  • The loan period for a package is 1 week. This loan period starts on the day after the package has been delivered. This is because some people receive their post early in the day and others later in the day. We check this date online in PostNL's track & trace system. You will always receive our tracking code. Make sure you are at home to accept the package. The loan period also starts if, for example, a package is delivered to the neighbours.

  • If the package is delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday counts as the 1st loan day, so you post the package back to us the following Wednesday. This means you always have 7 full days to try out the baby carriers.

  • Are you posting the package back later? It can happen; we charge €4,50 for each additional day that you have the package at home.

  • Please make sure you return the package complete, including instructions, any storage bags and supplied accessories. You are of course welcome to keep the gift included in the package.

 

Additional information | About the products Packages A to E 

  • Please take good care of borrowed products.

  • There is no need to wash the baby wrap or ergonomic carrier; we will do this once the product has been returned to us. Would you nevertheless like to wash the item? Please discuss this with us first.

 

Additional information | Deposit Packages B to E 

  • The deposit is €150 per package.

  • We will refund this deposit once the products have been returned to Slings & Things in good condition. Good condition means: no snags, pulls or tears, broken buckles, straps, elastic or hook-and-loop fasteners. We also expect the baby carriers to be returned without non-removable stains or discolouration caused by, for example, incorrect washing.

  • As mentioned above, the package must be returned to us 1 week after receipt.
    If a package is sent back to us late or is not returned in good condition, the additional costs will be deducted from the deposit paid.

  • Are you also borrowing a carrying doll? The deposit for the carrying doll is also €150; they are very expensive to purchase, so please handle them with care.

 

Additional information | Shipping Packages B to E 
  • The package prices are based on shipping within the Netherlands. Do you live in Belgium and would you like to borrow a package? This is certainly possible; please contact us.

  • Packages are always shipped by agreement, because we also put the package together in consultation with you, so it fully meets your wishes!
