How do I place my order?

Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the bag icon. You can always view the contents of your shopping cart via the blue/white bag at the top right of your screen. When you click on the blue/white bag, you will enter your shopping cart, step 1/3. Here you check your order. If everything is correct, click "Continue".
You are now on the shopping cart address details screen - step 2/3. Here you fill in all the fields and choose whether you want to receive your order at home, at another address, or collect it from a PostNL Pickup Point. Once you have filled everything in, click "Continue". If you already have an account, you can log in on this page. Check that your address details are still correct! Once everything has been entered and is correct, click "Continue". You are now on the shopping cart confirm order screen - step 3/3. Here you check once again that everything is correct and select your payment method. Some payment methods involve additional costs; you can read more about this here. Don't forget to agree to the General Terms and Conditions. Once you have done this, click "Place order". You will now enter the payment screen; follow the instructions on the screen.

Is it possible to have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, you can indicate this during step 2/3 in your shopping cart.

Will I receive a message when I have placed an order?

You will receive an order confirmation and a payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive an email from us so that you know your order is on its way.

Can I track my order via Track & Trace?

You can track your parcel using the Track & Trace code that you receive from us once your parcel is on its way to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us. Unfortunately, in many cases this will no longer be possible because parcels are shipped extremely quickly by our logistics centre.

I want to order something but can't find it on the website.

Slings & Things does not only supply products from stock, but as an authorised dealer of, among others, the brands Babylonia, Didymos, Hoppediz, Little Frog, MiniMonkey, Neko Slings, Pure Baby Love, Storchenwiege, Wompat and Yaro, can supply virtually the entire range. If you have your eye on something that is not listed on our website, you can always ask us whether we can order it. Depending on the manufacturer, it may take several days to several weeks for your order to arrive. We will be happy to inform you about this.
