A ring sling is a short woven wrap with two rings attached to one end. There is no need to tie it, because it closes by threading the fabric through the two aluminium rings. This is convenient, easy and quick. You can use a ring sling from birth to carry your child on your hip or front. It is also ideal for older children who can walk but sometimes get tired and want to be carried. It folds up small and fits in any bag, so you can always have it with you.
A ring sling is worn over one shoulder, which makes it less suitable for people with back problems. We think a ring sling is ideal as an extra carrier, for short distances such as shopping or a little walk.
